    I started Kardav Construction because I take pride in doing solid, honest work. My name’s David Balakirev, and for me, every project comes down to reliability, clear communication, and doing things the right way from start to finish.

    I’m hands-on with every job and make sure the small details don’t get missed. I want homeowners to feel confident through the whole process — knowing the work is done with care and built to last.

    At the end of the day, my goal is simple: build things that stand strong and earn people’s trust along the way.
